- March 1st – October 31st US$ 135 per night per suite, double occupancy
- November 1st – February 29th US$125 per night per suite, double occupancy
- Rates are discounted rates as above when paying by cash. An additional US$10 per night per suite is charged when paying by credit card
- A third person in the suite will be charged US$25 per night
- Rates are quoted on a per unit bases - double occupancy
- Minimum stay is two nights
- No taxes added
- Gratuities graciously accepted
Confirmation:
A deposit of two nights per week is required to confirm a reservation. The deposit must be received within 14 days of the reservation being made, otherwise the space/unit is released.
Settlement:
Upon arrival, settlement is required.
Cancellation:
To avoid a penalty, cancellation must be received no later than 21 days prior to arrival.
